This guide outlines the general onboarding process for pilot programs. Your Reddy Project Manager will customize the timeline and deliverables to align with your organization’s specific needs. Onboarding requires collaboration across IT, Learning & Development, and Quality Assurance teams.

Project Administration Setup

These key project administration items were aligned on during your pilot kickoff call:
Your organization has designated leads for each key area:
  • IT Lead: Network configuration, SSO, user access
  • Training Lead: Content creation, simulation development, knowledge base
  • QA Lead: Scorecard setup, quality standards, call uploads
  • Reddy Champion: Overall coordination and stakeholder communication
If you have doubts or uncertainties about what was aligned, reach out to your organization’s Reddy Champion or your Reddy Project Manager.
Weekly Sync recommended
  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Attendee: Reddy Champion (coordinates additional team members based on agenda)
  • Purpose: Track progress, address blockers, align on upcoming tasks
Additional meetings may be scheduled for deep-dive sessions or technical troubleshooting as needed.
Communication:
  • Your team will use a shared channel for updates and questions via your organization’s preferred collaboration platform (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Members: Reddy Champion, Team Leads, Reddy Project Manager
Project Plan: Your Reddy Project Manager will share a Project Plan in your communication channel within a few days of kickoff to serve as the source of truth for pilot progress and status.
