Understanding Reddy’s Learning Structure

Reddy organizes training in a four-level hierarchy: Products > Courses > Modules > Lessons
  • Products: Top-level organization aligned to your business structure (by department like Sales/Support, or by product/service line)
  • Courses: Collections of modules with defined learning objectives
  • Modules: Groups of related lessons on a specific topic
  • Lessons: Individual training units (simulations, videos, or documents)
Products determine what training agents see and what content powers AI assistance. Structure them to match how your organization assigns work.

Prerequisites

Before beginning setup, ensure you have:
  • Access to training materials and process documentation
  • Subject matter experts available for content review
  • Defined agent workflows and call drivers
  • Call recordings capturing end-to-end call flows

Scoping Your First Simulation

Your first simulation will become a lesson within a course. Work with your Reddy Project Manager to identify a high-impact call driver to build. Understanding Reddy’s training language (call drivers, scenarios, recipes) helps you scope effectively. Simulation Scoping Guide

Setup Overview

Once you’ve identified your first simulation, work through these three activities with the Reddy team:
1

Training Simulation Development

Reddy builds custom simulations based on your workflows and SME walkthroughs.Your Role: Provide SME access, materials, and feedback during developmentTimeline: 4-6 weeksSimulation Development Process
2

Knowledge Base Setup

Upload training materials, FAQs, and process documents that power simulations and AI assistance.Your Role: Organize and upload content, assign tags and products, tag articles for Ask Reddy accessTimeline: 1-2 weeksKnowledge Base Guide | Ask Reddy Setup
3

Course Creation

Organize lessons into structured courses with completion requirements.Your Role: Define learning paths and course structureTimeline: 1 weekCourse Creation

Agent Experience

How Agents Experience Training Simulations

See how your simulation scoping translates to the agent experience. Agents practice customer interactions with AI, receive immediate QA feedback, and see exactly what they missed.

Getting Started

Work with your Reddy Project Manager to:
  1. Define your first simulation scope using the Simulation Scoping Guide
  2. Schedule SME walkthrough to kick off development
  3. Set up knowledge base by uploading content and tagging articles for Ask Reddy
Start with one high-impact call driver. Iterate based on agent feedback before expanding.
