Reddy uses WorkOS to facilitate SSO connections with your identity provider. The service supports any IdP using SAML or OIDC protocols, providing centralized authentication and automatic user provisioning.

Step 1: Email Domain Configuration

Identify All Domains

Compile a complete list of email domains:
  • Primary corporate domain (e.g., @company.com)
  • Alias domains for agents (e.g., @agents.company.com)
  • Management/leadership domains (e.g., @exec.company.com)
  • Any other organizational domains
Provide all relevant email domains to Reddy at the beginning of setup. Agents may have different domains than management. Only add domains you trust - users with these domains will be automatically verified.

Submit Domain List

Provide the complete domain list to Reddy during initial setup.

Receive Setup Link

Check email for the WorkOS setup link.

Access Admin Portal

Click the setup link to access the WorkOS Admin Portal for provider-specific setup instructions.
