Navigate to Knowledge Base
Access the Knowledge Base section from the main navigation menu.

Upload Files
Drag and drop files into the upload area, or click to select files from your computer.Upload Options:
- Single file upload
- Bulk upload (multiple files at once)

Assign Tags
Apply tags to categorize content and power Reddy features.Available Tags:
- Training & Process Materials - Process guides, SOPs, call scripts, training materials
- Call Recordings - Screen recordings with audio of customer interactions
- Ask Reddy - FAQ documents, help center articles, objection rebuttals
- QA Scorecards - Quality assurance checklists and scoring criteria
- Data - Sample reports, raw data exports, performance data
- Release Notes - Reddy product updates (Reddy team use only)

Assign Products
Link content to specific products to ensure agents receive relevant, product-specific information.
- Articles can have multiple tags and products
- Product assignment enables targeted training and assistance

Save
Click Save to complete the upload. Content is now available in Reddy.

Managing Content
Edit Content: Click on any uploaded file to edit tags, product assignments, or file details. Replace Files: Upload a new version with the same filename to replace outdated content. Delete Content: Select files and click Delete. Deleted content is permanently removed from Reddy. Search & Filter: Use search and filter options to find specific content by filename, tag, or product.Search queries file names, not file content. Use descriptive filenames for easier discovery.
